Nostalgia! I have my ios 6 touch 4 connected to my old icloud account and have all my old apps from 10 years ago on it. You could sync movies & video, music, apps & games, do some internet browsing... Okay maybe not that last one. If you want web browsing you're gonna want a touch 7 and they cost far too much. Imo, only get one if you know it can't do much. Lots of the games are wonderful and not having ads every 5 minutes and being able to play touch games without draining your phone battery is quite a luxury, so that's that for me
